Asami and Mako have it out about him kissing Korra
Lyn agreed to stick around on Airbinder Temple Island while Tenzen takes care of business in Republic City.
Tenzen arrives at city hall only to find that Amon had captured all of the counsel. So Tenzen is now the leader of Republic City… Meanwhile Republic city is under attack by airships under Amon’s control.
Team avatar spring into action with love triangle emotions flaring! That junk is crazy as hell!
Tenzen sends a message to the leader of the United Forces (first time we’ve heard about them so stay tuned)
Amon tries to gas Tenzen and his small band of resistance and as the try to escape city hall. Once they get outside they are ambushed by Amons Mechs. Team avatar shows up for the battle and this is the first scene we see a fire binder redirect lightning in The Legend of Korra Series.
Suddenly Team Avatar notices an airship above Air Temple Island. Pema, reacting to the excitement, goes into labor. Four chi binders attack, fortunately Lyn is on hand to defend. Lyn goes down but the Airbinder children were there to back her up and the chi binders are defeated.
Tenzen shows up (day late dollar short) with Team Avatar and the scene flips to Pema who has just given birth to a boy and she presents him to Tenzen. No time to celebrate though, Karra interrupts the party and tells the Airbinding family that three more airships are about to invade Air Temple Island.
Tenzen decides that it’s not worth risking his family defending the island and advises Korra to make a strategic retreat to wait for the United Forces.
